I starting making recipes from this cookbook in July. I usually make 1/4 or 1/2 portions of the recipes and freeze extra servings. From July 4th until Labor Day over 20 lbs easily dripped off of me. My health is improving all the time. My cholesterol (pre-cookbook) was 191, in my recent test in November total cholesterol was 163. Triglycerides reduced, glucose reduced. This is the best I have felt in years! My current weight loss is at 30+ pounds so far. I just had to be ready to make life changes and the timing of this cookbook was perfect for me!
